Who makes PresentCare, and why.

The app does one thing for the family in the room: you tap Record at the start of the doctor visit and put the phone away. When the visit ends, the summary is written and the doctors, the medication changes, the follow-ups and the to-dos are filled in. Nothing to type. You share it with the family in one tap, and the sibling three states away reads the same thing you heard.

It is a memory tool for families, not a medical record and not medical advice. Summaries can contain errors, so the doctor’s own instructions always win. Recording is open, never secret: ask first. Most doctors are glad you did.
